As part of the law firm’s expansion, the Investment Funds team is seeking a Mid-Level Fund Lawyer to strengthen its expertise in AIF structures. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment, offering both high-quality legal work and real long-term career prospects.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Lawyer - Legal - Funds - Avocat - Law Firm

• Advise clients on the structuring, fund formation and management of Alternative Investment Funds under Luxembourg law.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal and fund documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with CSSF requirements, European directives and cross-border distribution matters.
• Manage fund registrations, approvals and communications with local and European regulators.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and jurisdictions on cross-border fund projects.
• Contribute to the team’s growth by supporting business development initiatives and publications.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fund Lawyer - Legal - Funds - Avocat - Law Firm

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer in investment funds law within a Luxembourg law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Alternative investment Funds is an absolute prerequisite.
• Fluency in French and English is required. German is a strong asset.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Proactive, organized and motivated, with a strong sense of teamwork.
