Our client is a well-established and highly regarded independent law firm in Luxembourg, recognized for its expertise in Corporate law, Litigation, Tax and more. Composed of approximately ten lawyers, the firm has built a strong reputation on the Luxembourg market and had therefore developed an international and high level client base that many other firms are envious of.

Decisions are taken efficiently, partners remain fully accessible, and the culture promotes long-term relationships both internally and with clients.

As part of its continued expansion in the alternative investment industry, the firm is now seeking to welcome a Partner specialized in Investment Funds, capable of strengthening and further developing the department. A portable client portfolio is welcomed, though not mandatory, and will be fully supported by the existing platform.

Your Responsibilities | Funds – Law – Legal – Lawyer – Avocat – Law firm – AIF - Partner

• You will play a central role in developing the Investment Funds practice, defining its positioning and strategic direction.
• You will assist and advise clients on the set-up, structuring and lifecycle management of alternative investment vehicles (AIFs, RAIFs, SICARs, SCSp and related structures).
• You will maintain and expand client relationships, leveraging both the firm’s existing client base and your own professional network.
• You will represent the firm at industry events and actively contribute to its visibility within the Luxembourg and international funds market.
• In time, you will mentor and supervise associates within your department.

• You have at least 8 years of experience in investment fund law within law firms in Luxembourg, with strong expertise in alternative investment funds. You are currently either an experienced Counsel or already Partner. This experience is mandatory for our client.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong technical skills and the ability to inspire confidence among clients.
• You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• You are motivated by the opportunity to join a human-sized firm in full expansion in Luxembourg.
• A portable client portfolio is considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory if you demonstrate clear business development capabilities and a well defined growth plan.

• You will join a respected and stable law firm where you will hold a central position and your thoughts and ideas will be truly taken into consideration.
• You will benefit from a compensation package that may reach up to €250,000 per year (independent status)depending on your seniority, business plan and portable client base, in addition to an attractive percentage-based remuneration model linked to the turnover generated. This can represent a considerable amount on top of your remuneration.
