The company is now looking for a Payroll Manager to lead its Payroll team from its offices in the north of Luxembourg. The location is particularly convenient for Belgian and German cross-border commuters, while remaining easily accessible for Luxembourg residents.

You will join a stable, close-knit team of around ten Payroll professionals, working in a supportive environment where collaboration and employee wellbeing are genuinely valued. Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accountability – Finance - Luxembourg

• You will lead and supervise a team of around ten Payroll professionals, supporting them in their daily activities and ensuring a high level of quality and service.
• You will oversee the end-to-end payroll management for a portfolio of both commercial and financial clients, ensuring that payroll processes remain accurate, compliant and up to date.
• You will act as a key point of contact for clients, handling their requests and providing support on more complex payroll matters.
• You will support your team in dealing with technical and operational questions, while ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• As a manager, you will play an active role in maintaining a positive, collaborative and motivating team environment.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accountability – Finance - Luxembourg

• You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Payroll in Luxembourg, giving you a strong understanding of the local payroll environment.
• You have spent a significant part of your career within a fiduciary, PSF, accounting firm or similar professional services environment.
• You have already gained management or team-leadership experience and feel comfortable supporting, guiding and motivating a team.
• You are fluent in French and German. A good command of English would be a strong advantage.
• You have a strong client-oriented mindset and enjoy combining technical expertise with team management and relationship-building.

• You can expect a salary of up to €95,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, technical expertise and overall profile.
