Your Responsibilities | Payroll – International – Fiduciary – Management

  • As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the work prepared by your team to ensure its accuracy and compliance.
  • You will also manage your own portfolio, performing the full payroll cycle independently.
  • It is essential in this role that you ensure your team meets all deadlines related to client deliverables.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships is key, you will be expected to be proactive by responding promptly to client queries and proposing tailored solutions when necessary.
  • You will support the growth of your team by reviewing their work, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending training based on their individual challenges and needs.
  • Staying up to date with the latest payroll and labor legislation in Luxembourg is critical to guarantee compliance for both your team and your clients.

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – International – Fiduciary – Management

  • For this role, you should hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You must be fluent in both English and French due to the international exposure and diverse client portfolio your team will handle.
  • Being dynamic and well-organized is essential to ensure smooth operations within your team and across all payroll processes.
  • Previous experience working with a wide range of payroll conventions and regulations is important for this position.
  • To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the external Payroll sector in Luxembourg.
