Your Responsibilities | AI – Payroll – IT – Finance – Fiduciary

• You will be responsible for improving payroll processes and working with AI-based tools.
• Your role will include providing training to colleagues to familiarize them with the new tools and processes.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that clients’ personal data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
• You will identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, assessing how AI and new technologies can improve the efficiency of the payroll department.
• You will work closely with management and the payroll team to implement new solutions, monitor their effectiveness and ensure their successful adoption.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | AI – Payroll – IT – Finance – Fiduciary

• You are familiar with IT tools and AI, and you have a genuine interest in this field.
• You have experience in payroll for commercial and/or financial clients.
• You are an autonomous and motivated professional, eager to contribute to the development of new processes and innovative solutions.  
• You are curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
