Our client is a leading international law firm with a longstanding presence in Luxembourg and a reputation for advising on some of the country's most significant real estate projects. From complex acquisitions and disposals to large-scale development programs, urban planning matters and cross-border transactions, the firm's Real Estate team regularly assists institutional investors, developers and international groups on high-profile mandates.

With approximately 140 lawyers in Luxembourg and a truly global platform spanning dozens of jurisdictions, the firm combines the resources of an international market leader with the accessibility and collaboration of a highly integrated local office. As part of the continued growth of its Real Estate practice, the firm is currently looking for a Real Estate Lawyer with solid experience in Luxembourg. This position will offer you the opportunity to work on technically challenging matters involving real estate transactions, urban planning, property development and investment projects, while benefiting from structured training programs and close collaboration with experienced Partners and senior lawyers.

Your Responsibilities | Real Estate Lawyer – Law Firm – Advisory - Transactions

  • Advise institutional investors, developers, investment funds, and multinational companies on a wide range of Luxembourg real estate matters.
  • Participate in acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions, and real estate restructuring projects.
  • Assist clients with property development projects, urban planning matters, construction projects, and large-scale refurbishment programs.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documentation and development-related agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence exercises and identify legal risks associated with real estate investments and projects.
  • Work closely with colleagues from the Corporate, Banking & Finance, and Investment Funds teams on multidisciplinary transactions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to delivering high-quality, commercially driven legal advice.

Profile and Career Path | Real Estate Lawyer – Law Firm – Advisory - Transactions

  • You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate Law within a law firm in Luxembourg.
  • You have been exposed to technical matters such as urban planning, real estate transactions, property development, or related projects.
  • You hold a Law degree and have attended, or are eligible to attend, the CCDL or an equivalent program in another EU jurisdiction.
  • You are fluent in both French and English. German will be considered a strong asset.
  • You possess excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are motivated by technically challenging matters.
