As part of our collaboration with a dynamic, international, and human-sized law firm based in Luxembourg, we are currently recruiting an experienced Receptionist.

Established several years ago, this law firm has grown into a close-knit team of 30 people in Luxembourg. With expertise in areas such as Commercial Litigation, Tax, Investment Funds, and Corporate Law, the firm has built a loyal and high level client base.

This strong foundation has contributed to a stable work environment, where many team members have been employed since the firm's creation in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities | Receptionist – Law firm – Hospitality – Law – Legal - Support

  • You are responsible for the physical and phone reception of clients, suppliers and other parties.
  • You ensure that the meeting rooms are tidy and prepared for the meetings, that the library, kitchen and other spaces remain organized.
  • You may be asked to assist some of the administrative staff in certain administrative tasks (including ordering supplies, organizing interviews and so on).
  • Some punctual requests may arise from Partners or other lawyers (e.g. ensuring the lights and video conference are on and set up in a specific meeting room etc.).

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Receptionist in either a law firm or hospitality in Luxembourg. For example, experience acquired as a receptionist in a high level or multiple star hotel is a strong advantage. If you have much more experience, for example 20 years, your profile will of course also be taken into consideration.
  • Fluency in English and French is an absolute prerequisite. Any of these languages will be an additional asset: Luxembourgish, German.
  • You are eager to work in a law firm that is well known in Luxembourg and abroad for its prestigious client base, which is why you have the mindset of offering a quality-oriented service.
  • You are well-organized and proactive, ensuring you can handle your day-to-day tasks and some punctual requests from Partners or other lawyers.
  • You are okay working on a 9 AM to 6 PM schedule, with sometimes an 8 AM – 5 PM being possible.

  • Your salary package ? This will be quite attractive with numerous benefits such as meal vouchers of €10.80, health insurance, a pension plan and bonus. Your gross remuneration can reach € 67.000 per year (depending on your experience and skill set).
