Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – International – PFS – Investment - SPVs

  • Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of entities, including holding and Soparfis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and tax/VAT filings in compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee daily cash management, reconciliations, and payment processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as a key contact point for auditors, banks, and external advisors.
  • Support the team when needed, contributing to a smooth workflow and reliable service delivery.

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – International – PFS – Investment - SPVs

  • At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience in Luxembourg (fiduciary, corporate, or family office background).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Any additional language is an advantage.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Ability to independently manage accounting files, with solid knowledge of SOPARFI structures.
  • A detail-oriented and reliable team player with strong organizational skills.
