Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – German Speaker - Luxembourg

• Independently manage a portfolio of Luxembourg commercial companies, overseeing the accounting process from bookkeeping and reconciliations through to the preparation of annual accounts.
• Handle the tax and VAT obligations associated with your portfolio, ensuring that all filings are accurate and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, respond to their requests, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient follow-up.
• Provide clients with practical guidance on accounting, tax, and financial matters, drawing on your Luxembourg market knowledge and professional experience.
• Monitor the overall quality of your work and ensure that each client receives reliable, tailored support.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Luxembourg, ideally gained within a fiduciary or accounting firm.
• You are comfortable managing a portfolio of commercial companies independently and handling your files from A to Z.
• You hold a degree or qualification in Accounting, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through relevant professional training and experience.
• You are fluent in both German and French, enabling you to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in both languages.
• You are organised, reliable, and client-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team.
