To support its continued expansion and strengthen its internal accounting function, the organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who will contribute actively to the finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and development of accounting operations.

Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Fiduciary - Luxembourg

• You will manage the accounting follow-up of a portfolio composed of SPVs, holdings, and investment structures from A to Z.
• You will take charge of the preparation of annual accounts and financial statements, coordinating their review and delivery to clients as well as external parties.
• You will supervise day-to-day bookkeeping activities and act as a point of reference for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• You will liaise regularly with clients, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-up on all matters.
• You will actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes, contributing to reliable reporting and consistent adherence to deadlines. br>
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Fiduciary - Luxembourg

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within a Luxembourg PFS, fiduciary, Big Four, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of SPVs, SOPARFIs, and investment structures, ideally in Private Equity or Real Estate.
• Fluent in English and German, comfortable in an international context.
• Organised, autonomous, and proactive, with strong prioritization skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, with an interest in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
