An established real estate investment company based in Luxembourg is looking to strengthen its accounting function with the recruitment of a German-speaking Accountant seeking a part-time opportunity.

Active in Luxembourg for over a decade, the company oversees a portfolio of more than 50 entities investing in various types of property, including hotels and office buildings. You will join a close-knit organisation where management is approachable and working relationships are built on trust.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Accounting – Accountant – Real Estate – Investment

• Take ownership of the full accounting cycle for holding companies and property-owning entities (PropCos), from day-to-day bookkeeping through to financial reporting.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and VAT declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, external service providers, and other stakeholders on accounting and administrative matters.
• Review annual financial statements and supporting accounting documentation to ensure consistency and reliability.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Accounting – Accountant – Real Estate – Investment

• You have at least five years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, family office, investment company, or a similar environment.
• You are fluent in German and English; French would be an advantage.
• You have previous experience managing real estate investment structures, including holding companies and PropCos.
• Your professional background demonstrates consistency, and you are interested in joining a company where you can establish yourself over the long term.
