We are currently assisting our long-term partner, a modern fiduciary of 20 people that is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its team in Luxembourg. This structure offers a large diversity of services in its offices such as accounting, compliance, domiciliation, legal and administration services. This company was founded over 10 years ago and has a good reputation thanks to its modern and open-minded vision of the business.

The accounting team of this fiduciary is composed of dynamic people, who come from different backgrounds and all have various levels of experience. This multicultural environment will offer you the possibility to learn new things and discover different mentalities. Everyone has a different background, both professionally and personally, which has certainly contributed to the good atmosphere internally.

The most important thing for the Managers of this company is to provide a healthy environment so they are flexible about the working hours and overtime is very limited. As a result, you will be able to  easily organize your family life, as you can leave the offices as early as 4 PM so you will not have any problems avoiding traffic, picking up your children from school or simply have more time with your loved ones in the evening.

Moreover, the financial and international clientele of this fiduciary will allow you to develop a strong knowledge in accounting so you will be able to become a very skilled accountant. You will also have the possibility to evolve in this structure if you would like to. Indeed, the directors invest in the training of all of their employees.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Finance

• You have to manage your own portfolio composed mainly of SOPARFI/Holdings from A to Z. Depending on your experience and skills, you may also be able to take on Securitization vehicles.
• You are responsible for the preparation of VAT and tax returns while respecting all legal deadlines.
• You establish the annual accounts for your clients in close collaboration with your manager.
• You are in charge of the monthly reporting and the clients can always count on you in case they have questions or advice.
• You will be in direct contact with your clients once you have the necessary level of autonomy, you also advise them and help them if they have questions or needs.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Finance

• You have at least 6 years of experience as an accountant in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg and are autonomous in handling your client portfolio from A to Z.
• You can demonstrate that you have a stable career path and have not had many employers in your career. Indeed, the fiduciary is very mindful about recruiting candidates that see themselves long-term with an employer.
• Fluency in English is a must, as well as at least an intermediary level in French.
• You would describe yourself as quite an open and dynamic person who has a real facility to adapt to a new team.
• You have acquired experience primarily with SOPARFI/Holdings. Experience with Securitization vehicles is an additional plus in your application.
  
  

Offer | Senior Accountant – Accounting – PFS – Fiduciary - Finance

• You will benefit from an attractive gross salary of up to 80.000€ gross per year. This fiduciary will also offer you an annual discretionary bonus and 30 vacation days per year.
• You will be part of a small team of dynamic accountants, and you will be able to go to events with them to have drinks outside of the office for example, or for an annual Christmas party.
• You will have the opportunity to evolve in an open-minded company and you will have flexible working hours allowing you to focus on your private life outside of work. You will have the chance to end your day as early as 4 PM.
• This is a full-time position with the option to work from home 1 day per week, further ensuring your balance.
• This fiduciary offers you trainings to improve your knowledge in accounting such as the cycle A, cycle B or other relevant certificates. It is important for the Managers of the fiduciary to offer you those trainings so you will feel fully satisfied in your work.
