Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance – Funds

• You will manage the accounting activities of a portfolio of financial structures, from daily operations to periodic reporting.
• You will contribute to the preparation of NAV packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.
• You will act as a key liaison with auditors and other external stakeholders, coordinating requests and providing the necessary documentation.
• You will supervise and review the work performed by junior accountants while remaining involved in bookkeeping tasks when needed.
• You will be the main point of contact for clients, supporting them with tailored advice and addressing their queries.
• You will take part in capital calls and oversee fee-related processes in line with fund requirements.
• You will ensure that internal procedures and deadlines are respected, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

• You have developed at least three years of professional experience in accounting within Luxembourg.
• You possess strong exposure to investment structures such as AIFs and SPVs, enabling you to quickly understand your responsibilities.
• You are fluent in both German and English, which allows you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues; knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.
• You have previously worked in a comparable setting in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary or a PFS, which will support your smooth integration.
• You are motivated and proactive, with a clear willingness to strengthen your technical skills and grow professionally.
• You demonstrate adaptability and a team-oriented mindset, allowing you to collaborate efficiently in a dynamic environment.
