A privately owned and well-established family office, active in Luxembourg for over 20 years and operating across several European jurisdictions, is currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join its central finance team. The company provides high-level support to a range of holding and operational entities and plays a strategic role in the group’s broader investment platform.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Tax – Finance – Oversight

• Take full ownership of the general ledger for a selection of group entities.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal review and strategic decision-making.
• Manage daily banking operations, including payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Oversee VAT calculations and ensure compliance with tax documentation requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, legal partners, and financial institutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal processes and control systems.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Family Office – Accountancy – Luxembourg

• At least 4 years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, holding company, or family office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English – essential for communication across teams and jurisdictions.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Solid understanding of Luxembourg GAAP and able to manage files independently from A to Z.
• Familiarity with SOPARFI structures or similar investment vehicles is a strong asset.
