Our trusted and serious partner is a small yet expanding fiduciary with an international dimension, that is currently looking to reinforce the team with a Senior AML/KYC Officer.

The fiduciary has established technical expertise and high quality tailor-made services to its clientele. The company assists UHNWI from all over the world, but does not work with high risk clients.

In addition, the structure has acquired a good reputation in the fields of corporate, fund and trust services as a result. In that context, the team of less than 10 people is looking for an additional member to strengthen its operations as this is, indeed, a job creation.

Your Responsibilities | Senior AML/KYC Officer – Compliance – Fiduciary – AML/KYC

• You are in charge of all AML/KYC matters for a a multitude of clients, and you work with UHNWI from all over the world.
• This includes collecting all necessary documents, liaising with a variety of third parties, setting up more efficient procedures, risk analysis and so on.
• You will be a crucial part of the client onboarding process.
• Your role will be crucial in identifying points of improvement and implementing digitalized processes and procedures where possible.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior AML/KYC Officer – Compliance – Fiduciary – AML/KYC

• You possess at least 5 years of experience within AML/KYC in a PFS, ManCo or Fiduciary in Luxembourg and are quite Senior and autonomous in your role.
• You are fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage but not a must.
• You can be 100% autonomous and operational in your role, and have therefore been exposed working with UHNWI and you also have a great sense of organization and proactivity.
• You are aware that AML/KYC has busy and less busy periods, meaning that when it is less busy, you do not mind taking on more general office management tasks.
  
  

Offer | Senior AML/KYC Officer – Compliance – Fiduciary – AML/KYC

• The fiduciary’s work schedule policy is flexible and adaptive. You will work on a part-time basis (between 60% and 80% depending on your needs), but the company is very flexible in terms of working hours and how you see this schedule.
• An attractive fixed salary of up to 90 000€ gross per year (on a full-time basis - depending on your previous experience and academic background) to which you can add fringe benefits such as meal vouchers of 15€ as well as a bonus.
• This fiduciary has been able to implement an efficient organization in which digitalization has played an important role. You can definitely play an active role in optimizing the processes and overall AML/KYC organization.   
• You will be able to work on a wide variety of clients who each have a different level of complexity. This means that you will learn on a daily basis.
