We are currently supporting an international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for an Associate in Banking & Finance.

The firm is part of a global platform and advises on a wide range of financing transactions, working alongside financial institutions and corporate clients on both domestic and cross-border matters. Its Luxembourg office plays a key role in these operations, contributing to files that require coordination across multiple jurisdictions.

In Luxembourg, the Banking & Finance team is composed of a limited number of lawyers, working together on a daily basis with a consistent level of activity. The organization is stable, with a clear structure and well-defined roles, allowing matters to be handled efficiently.

The way the team operates is based on continuous exchanges and coordination, rather than isolated work. Files are followed collectively, with regular interaction between associates and senior lawyers, ensuring both consistency in the work and a smoother progression on transactions.

Your Responsibilities | Transactions – Capital Markets – Law firm – Banking & Finance

• You will work on Banking & Finance and Capital Markets matters, supporting the team on local and cross-border files.
• You will assist in the drafting, review and negotiation of finance-related documentation.
• You will coordinate with clients, banks, lawyers and other parties involved in the transactions.
• You will contribute to the smooth follow-up of files, from the first exchanges to the execution phase.

• You have at least 4 years of experience as Associate Banking & Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, French is considered an asset.
• You are looking for a stable environment, where you can build your experience over time within a consistent team.

• An annual gross salary that could reach up to €150 000 depending on your experience and level of autonomy, in addition to a bonus.
