Located close to the city center, the Luxembourg office operates with a human-sized Investment fund team of fewer than 10 professionals. This environment offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers and to learn directly from experts in their respective fields.

Therefore, you will have the chance to benefit from open communication with your colleagues from other departments such as in the Corporate Law/M&A, Banking and Finance, and Tax industry which will contribute to  a certain knowledge sharing that will keep you learning new skills and competencies for your personal work satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Law – Legal – Avocat - Fund – Advisory – AIF – UCITS

• You will assist in the structuring and set-up of investment funds, including alternative investment vehicles mainly.
• You will draft and review legal documentation related to fund formation and operations.
• You will collaborate with international teams on cross-border projects and contribute to the development of client relationships.
• You will stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments impacting the funds industry
  
  

Profile and Career Path |Law Firm – Law – Legal – Avocat - Fund – Advisory – AIF – UCITS

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fund Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English and French, whereas German is considered an asset but is not a must at all.
• You have a solid understanding of AIF structures, with exposure to UCITS being a plus.
• You are looking to develop your career within an international firm offering long-term prospects.
