Our client is a fast-growing, human-sized audit firm seeking to welcome an experienced professional to join the firm as a Partner. The objective is to integrate you progressively into the firm and its client base, with the aim of establishing a strong and long-term collaboration with the existing partners and the firm’s employees.

Your Responsibilities | Auditor – German - Luxembourg

• You will manage a portfolio of commercial companies, taking full ownership of audit engagements from planning through to finalization and issuance.
• Prepare audit reports, perform audit procedures, and support the development of junior team members.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, management, and firm leadership, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Work in an autonomous and flexible environment that values trust and efficient time management.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Auditor – German - Luxembourg

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in audit in Luxembourg, gained either within an audit firm or a Big Four environment.
• You are fluent in German and comfortable using English in a professional context, both orally and in writing, for day-to-day communications.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Audit, and you are confident in analyzing a wide range of corporate and financial structures.
• You are curious, proactive, and capable of working autonomously, while remaining attentive to your colleagues and contributing positively to team dynamics.
• You enjoy working in environments where interpersonal relationships matter and where time and care are taken to deliver high-quality work.

• Your salary package may reach up to €65.000 gross per year, depending on your professional experience and the added value you bring to the firm.
