One of our client, an international renowned law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer. With a sharp expertise on Corporate M&A, Tax and Investment Funds, the law firm is now looking to establish a Banking & Finance department in order to meet growing demand and to take on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Law Firm – Associate - Transactions

• You will be in charge of advising clients on their financial matters, including acquisition financing, corporate financing or cross-border operations.
• You will draft, review and negotiate the transactional documentations.
• You will act as the main point of contact of the clients, allowing you to be deeply involved in the cases.
• You will contribute to the development of this new department, working closely alongside your colleagues to support the growth.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Law Firm – Associate - Transactions

• You have at least 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English allowing you to communicate smoothly with international clients, any other languages are an asset.
• You have acquire strong knowledges on Banking & Finance matters, including the handling of complex transactional matters.
• You are passionate about your work and motivated with the idea to be part of the creation of a new team and to contribute to its development.

• An annual gross salary that could reach €170 000 gross per year depending on your experience and level of autonomy. In addition, a bonus according to your performance.
