We are currently supporting a top tier international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for a Senior Banking & Finance Lawyer. Well established in Luxembourg, the firm benefits from the strength of a global network while maintaining a local office. This balance allows lawyers to work on high-level international matters while remaining in a structure where interactions stay direct and accessible.

The Banking & Finance practice is part of a broader setup including Corporate, Funds, Tax and Litigation, allowing for regular exchanges between teams on complex files. Within the Luxembourg office, lawyers work in small teams, which naturally leads to a closer involvement in matters and a more fluid collaboration between colleagues.

Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Transactions – Lawyer - Legal

• You will advise clients on a range of Banking & Finance matters, including financing transactions and related structures.
• You will take an active role in the drafting and negotiation of finance documentation, adapting it to the specifics of each transaction.
• You will be involved in the coordination of transactions, interacting with clients, counterparties and other advisors.
• You will contribute to the supervision of more junior lawyers, sharing your knowledge with them.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as Banking and Finance Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have developed a solid understanding of financing transactions and market practices.
• You are fluent in English; other languages are considered as an asset.

• An annual gross salary that could reach €150 000 depending on your experience and level of seniority. In addition, a bonus allowing you a complement of salary.
