We are currently supporting a well-established boutique Luxembourg law firm in its search for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to strengthen its team. Active on the Luxembourg market for several years, the firm has developed a solid client base composed of financial structures, investment vehicles and international groups. It is involved in a variety of corporate matters, ranging from day-to-day governance to more complex transactions, allowing lawyers to work on diversified and technical files.

The firm operates with a human-sized team in Luxembourg, which allows for direct collaboration between lawyers and partners, as well as a more efficient handling of files. The organization is designed to ensure clarity in the work, with well-defined responsibilities and a smooth internal communication.

Your Responsibilities | M&A – Law Firm – Corporate - Associate

• You will be involved in M&A transactions from structuring to closing, working alongside the team on ongoing deals.
• You will draft and review legal and corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
• You will coordinate with clients, advisors and counterparties, ensuring smooth execution of transactions.
• You will work closely with partners, allowing you to be fully involved in your files rather than handling isolated tasks.

Profile and Career Path | M&A – Law Firm – Corporate - Associate

• You have at least 5 years of experience as Corporate Associate in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, allowing you to manage your files with a good level of autonomy.
• You are fluent in French and English, enabling you to communicate efficiently with a local and international client base.

• An annual gross salary that can reach up to €130 000, depending on your experience and your ability to handle files with autonomy, allowing you to position yourself competitively on the Luxembourg market.
