Our partner is a PFS that reunites about 100 talents today, each expert in their own dedicated field (accountancy, legal, tax compliance, corporate governance and more).

One element important to note is that this PFS is seeking to have an organic growth with its activities, to always put quality over quantity. Currently, we are assisting them in their search for a Senior Corporate Officer, to complete their dynamic Corporate team of less than 10 people.

Lastly, an interesting client portfolio awaits you as this PFS has onboarded prestigious clients over the years, and you will therefore work on a portfolio of SPV and Alternative Investment Funds.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – PFS – Corporate Officer – Flexibility 

• As Senior Corporate Officer in this PFS, you will be responsible for the corporate management of the entities’ constitution to the liquidation. Thanks to this 360° view of your files, you will have great autonomy in your role.
• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings, both ordinary and extraordinary. Drafting the related minutes will also be part of your role. You will review legal documentation such as contracts, agreements, capital increases, change of status and/or directorship changes for example.
• You will ensure the good maintenance on the Trade Register by taking care of RCS and RBE filings. You will also approve the annual accounts.
• You will be involved in internal and external communications, and your role will be to guarantee good exchanges and follow ups at each stage.
• Your portfolio will be composed of Alternative Investment Funds and SPV in Private Equity and Real Estate.

• You have acquired at least 3 years of experience in a PFS, fiduciary or investment firm in Luxembourg, and have worked more specifically with SPVs and ideally the AIF as well.  
• You should have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Any other language is an advantage.
• You describe yourself as a great team player thanks to your excellent communication skills, ensuring a good and rapid integration.
• You are driven and eager to learn, as this structure offers regular internal and external trainings, as well as growth opportunities that are personalized to each team member’s objectives.

• Various benefits will also be included in the job offer such as meal vouchers of 15€, a discretionary annuel bonus, discretionary profit-sharing bonus, health insurance, and a generous pension plan.
• An annual gross remuneration that can go up to 74 000 €, which will fully depend on your technical skills and level of experience, to have a comfortable financial situation.
• You will benefit from additional days off as well as the chance to buy additional days with your bonus if you wish, which can lead you to a total of 33 days off per year if you wish, so you can enjoy longer vacations or time with family and friends.
