Are you currently an experienced Corporate Officer working in a PFS, fiduciary or Big Four in Luxembourg? Are you now ready to take on a new challenge and take the next step in your career? Then look no further.

This PFS, having grown strongly over the years on the Luxembourgish market and currently having over 70 employees, is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Officer in the context of its expansion. With a high level client portfolio, comprised mainly of Soparfi, SPV and Securitization vehicles, this opportunity will allow you to continue to develop your skill set as people in this company develop an excellent technical level. You will work in a small team of 5 people, many of whom have been working in the PFS for a vast amount of years and who will be more than happy to help you integrate well.

You will have the occasion to work in very modern offices, ideally located just South of Luxembourg City which will allow you to shorten or optimize your commute. Lastly, this PSF offers an excellent remuneration package to all its motivated members.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – Law – CoSec – Finance – PSF – PFS - Fiduciary

• You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of companies, mainly composed of SPVs, SOPARFI and Securitization vehicles.
• Your role will cover the full corporate governance lifecycle, including the organization of board meetings, preparation of shareholders’ meetings, drafting of resolutions, the approval of annual accounts, statutory changes and so on.
• You will liaise directly with clients, as well as with external stakeholders such as lawyers, banks and notaries, requiring both strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the underlying structures.
• Beyond standard corporate governance duties, you will also be involved in coordinating transactions and ensuring the smooth execution of ongoing projects.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – Law – CoSec – Finance – PSF – PFS - Fiduciary

• You have at least 4 years of experience as Corporate Governance in a fiduciary, PFS or Big Four in Luxembourg.
• You are comfortable managing a portfolio independently and have had vast exposure to SPV in Private Equity and/or Real Estate. Experience with funds or securitization vehicles is considered an additional plus.
• You are fluent in English; Italian or French would be considered a strong asset.
• You are organized, reliable and able to prioritize while maintaining a high level of quality.
