We are currently assisting our partner, a dynamic and human-sized ManCo located in the heart of the city, in the search for a Senior Corporate Officer.

This AIFM is known on the market for the high quality of its services and, as a result, its good reputation. Today, the AIFM is represented by less than 10 people but if you add on the corporate services department, the total number of employees exceeds 40. Its headquarters are located in Luxembourg, and offer a comfortable and modern environment in which you will quickly feel good.

As part of the ManCo’s development, the Senior Corporate Officer will be in charge of managing the daily legal administration of Alternative Investment Funds and SPV, mainly in Private Equity.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Funds – AIFM – Legal - Corporate

• You will have the responsibility to handle your files from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution for a range of SPV/alternative investment funds.
• You prepare and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings, board packs, draft the minutes and resolutions and ensure a complete follow-up of the day-to-day legal administration. You also coordinate the opening of bank accounts.
• You are the key contact person for your clients in case they have any questions, and also ensure a good communication with administrations and third parties.
• You ensure that statutory and regulatory filings are handled in a timely manner.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Funds – AIFM – Legal - Corporate

• You have 3-4 years of experience or more as a corporate officer in a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg. You are also autonomous on handling your files from the set up to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You speak English fluently in order to integrate well in this new team and to exchange easily with your clients.
• Having obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Law, or any other certificates in the legal field, will be an important plus.
• Your open-mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.

• You can count on an excellent salary up to €75.000 gross per year and, in addition to this, also meal vouchers of €15, health insurance, a pension plan and an annual bonus (which can be very significant).
