Your Responsibilities |Corporate Officer – In House – SPV – Investment Firm

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day corporate governance of Luxembourg entities such as SPV and SOPARFI, ensuring their proper functioning over time which include serving as the main local contact for external partners such as banks and notaries.
• Being directly involved in the decision-making and signing process, including holding board mandates.
• Preparing and coordinating board meetings, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and properly recorded.
• Drafting and reviewing routine corporate documents, and be in charge of handling AML/KYC follow-up.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – In House – SPV – Investment Firm

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg either in-house, in a service provider or in an investment company.
• You are fluent in English, French or Spanish are considerate as an asset.
• You already hold a high level of autonomy allowing you to be fully independent and comfortable in your position.
• You are looking to move into an in-house environment, within a small and stable team, without managerial layers, where you can focus on the quality and continuity of your work rather than volume or hierarchy.
