We are currently assisting our partner, a human-sized investment firm located in the heart of the city, in the search for a Senior Corporate Officer.

As part of the firm’s development, the Senior Corporate Officer will be in charge of managing the daily legal administration of SPV and SOPARFI, mainly in Private Equity and Real Estate. As the structure wants to offer every employee autonomy, you will have lots of liberty in handling your tasks without any micro-management but you will always have someone available in case you have questions.

Today, the investment firm in Luxembourg is represented by less than 10 people but if you add the employees abroad, the team has a stable and good size overall. You will also interact with an office abroad on a daily basis. The offices are also located in a very easily accessible area of Luxembourg, and offer a comfortable and modern environment in which you will quickly feel good.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – SPV - SOPARFI

• You will have the responsibility to handle your files from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution for a range of SOPARFI/SPV.
• You prepare and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings, board packs, draft the minutes and resolutions and ensure a complete follow-up of the day-to-day legal administration. You also coordinate the opening of bank accounts.
• You hold certain directorship mandates in collaboration with your colleagues, and of course all of the necessary insurances are in place to make you feel comfortable.  
• You ensure that statutory and regulatory filings are handled in a timely manner, including RCS filings, but you also take on the approval of annual accounts and so on.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – SPV - SOPARFI

• You have 4 years of experience or more as a corporate officer in a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg. You are also autonomous on handling your files from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You have had the opportunity to handle a varied portfolio, ideally comprising SOPARFI and SPV.
• You speak English fluently in order to integrate well in this new team and to exchange easily with your clients. French and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Having obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Law, or any other certificates in the legal field, will be an important plus but not a must.
• Your open-mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.
