Your Responsibilities | Legal officer – Regulatory – Finance – Law – Jurist

• You will prepare, draft, and review legal documentation such as board minutes, resolutions, loan agreements, and other corporate papers.
• You will collaborate with the accounting department in order to coordinate and secure the approval of annual accounts.
• You will take care of RCS and RBE filings in a timely and precise manner.
• You will ensure that the company’s internal database is always kept accurate and up to date.
• You will maintain direct contact with clients and build strong, trusted relationships with them.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Legal officer – Regulatory – Finance – Law – Jurist

• You have at least three years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, a PFS, or a similar service provider.
• You hold a degree in law, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and any additional languages such as French, German, or Russian will be considered an asset.
• You have built a stable career path that demonstrates your long-term vision and commitment, which aligns with the values of the company.
