Senior Corporate Officer – Private Debt, Autonomy & Stability, No Timesheet <br>

Our client is a well-established financial services provider in Luxembourg, active in corporate and fund-related services for an international client base. The company operates in a multicultural environment and manages a range of investment structures, with a strong focus on SPVs and alternative investment vehicles, rather than pure fund administration.

The Luxembourg office has grown into a solid and diversified platform while maintaining a relatively human-sized setup. The corporate team works across different asset classes, including Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Estate, allowing Senior Corporate Officers to gain broad exposure while developing deeper expertise within their own portfolio.

In this role, you will take ownership of a Private Debt-focused portfolio, manage files end-to-end, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders. You will also supervise and support more junior Corporate Officers and assistants, making this position particularly suitable for someone who wants to combine technical responsibility with a first layer of team coordination. The company also offers a structured and stable environment, with flexible working hours, homeworking possibilities after the onboarding period, a strong benefits package and genuine long-term career prospects.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Private Debt – SPV – Governance

  • Manage a portfolio of Private Debt-related SPVs and investment structures.
  • Handle the full corporate lifecycle of the entities under your responsibility, from incorporation through to liquidation.
  • Draft, review and coordinate board minutes, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documentation.
  • Organize board and shareholder meetings and ensure proper follow-up of governance decisions.
  • Liaise with banks, notaries, lawyers, auditors, administrators and other external parties.
  • Coordinate statutory filings and publications with the Luxembourg Business Register and other relevant authorities.
  • Follow AML/KYC matters in coordination with the Compliance team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of statutory registers and internal records.
  • Supervise and support a limited number of Corporate Officers and Corporate Assistants, together with other senior colleagues.
  • Contribute to the smooth organization of the team and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Private Debt – SPV – Governance

  • You have at least four years of experience in Corporate Governance in Luxembourg.
  • You have strong exposure to SPVs, ideally within Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Estate or other alternative investment structures.
  • You hold a degree in Law, which is required for this position.
  • You are fluent in English; French is considered a strong advantage.
  • You are comfortable managing a portfolio autonomously and dealing directly with clients.
  • You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg corporate governance requirements.
  • You are organised, reliable and capable of managing several deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are comfortable reviewing the work of more junior colleagues and providing guidance where required.
  • You are looking for a stable environment where you can continue building your technical expertise and progressively take on broader responsibilities.

Offer | Corporate – Private Debt – SPV – Governance

  • A gross annual salary of up to €82,000, depending on your experience, technical knowledge and level of autonomy.

  • A role combining portfolio ownership, direct client contact and team supervision.
  • Flexible working hours, with the possibility to start later in the morning depending on your schedule.
  • Homeworking possibilities after the initial onboarding period.
  • A comprehensive benefits package includes 15 meal vouchers, health insurance, pension plan and annual bonus.
  • Up to 32 days of annual leave, supporting a sustainable work-life balance.

  • Strong internal visibility and the possibility to evolve toward broader senior or managerial responsibilities over time.
