Senior Fund Lawyer – Boutique Law Firm, Collaboration with Partners  

We are currently supporting a reputed international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for a Senior Fund Lawyer to strengthen its Investment Funds team.

With an established presence in Luxembourg and across Europe, the firm has developed a strong positioning on the market, particularly in its Corporate M&A, Investment Funds and Banking & Finance practices, advising a diversified international client base.

Despite its international footprint, the Luxembourg office operates with a boutique approach, with a compact and well-structured team allowing for direct interaction between lawyers and partners. This organization promotes clear communication and a more efficient handling of files on a daily basis.

Within the Investment Funds team, lawyers are not limited to isolated transactions but are involved in the follow-up of specific clients over time, allowing them to develop a more complete understanding of their structures and evolution. This setup offers a more consistent and practical approach to files, while reinforcing both technical expertise and client exposure.

Your Responsibilities | Lawyer - Fund – AIF – Law Firm

• You will advise clients on the structuring, setup and ongoing management of alternative investment funds.
• You will take part in the drafting and review of legal documentation related to funds.
• You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, contributing to the handling of files while progressively increasing your level of involvement and autonomy.
• You will maintain regular contact with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up throughout the lifecycle of the structures.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Lawyer - Fund – AIF – Law Firm

• You have at least 6 years of experience as a Senior Fund Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You speak English fluently, any other language being considered as a real asset and allowing you to communicate easily with both clients and your colleagues.
• You have developed a strong understanding of AIF allowing you to be comfortable in your position.
• You are motivated to join an environment where you can follow your clients over time, remain involved in your files and work in close collaboration with your team.

• An annual gross salary that can goes up to €130 000 depending on your experience and on your level of autonomy, in addition to a bonus allowing a real upgrade of your incomes.
