Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Manager – Fund - Luxembourg

• Manage a portfolio of regulated and unregulated investment funds investing across a range of alternative asset classes, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Debt.
• Oversee the delivery of Fund Administration services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance with internal procedures, and the timely completion of all client deliverables.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, legal advisors, depositary banks, tax advisors, and other service providers to ensure the smooth administration of the funds throughout their lifecycle.
• Review complex fund administration and accounting matters, providing technical support to the team and ensuring that challenging issues are resolved efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Fund Administration professionals by allocating work effectively, sharing technical knowledge, and fostering their professional development in a collaborative environment.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Manager – Fund - Luxembourg

• You have at least 10 years of experience in Fund Administration and/or Fund Accounting in Luxembourg, including several years in a Managerial or supervisory position.
• You have developed strong expertise in alternative investment structures, with solid exposure to Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure, or other alternative asset classes.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling you to work confidently in an international environment. Knowledge of French will be considered a valuable asset.
• You possess excellent organizational and project management skills, allowing you to efficiently oversee multiple client relationships and team priorities while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• You are a natural leader with a strong client-focused mindset, capable of building long-term relationships with clients, motivating your team, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
