Senior Funds Manager – International Player, 140K

Present in several countries, the firm has been established in Luxembourg for many years. The company offers a wide range of services and is active in both the legal and fiduciary sectors in Luxembourg.

Our support concerns the fiduciary division, located near Mamer. This team of around 20 professionals is currently looking for an experienced Manager to ensure full oversight of the fund administration activities.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Accounting – Investment funds – Tax – Manager

• You will be in charge of the portfolio management for investment funds investing in diverse strategy such as private equity, real estate, private debt.
• It will be asking you to ensure the quality and the delivery and to ensure deadline are met.
• Being in direct contact with clients and maintain a strong professional relationship with them will be part of your daily.
• You will be liaising with third parties such as auditors, lawyers and banks.
• Even if your role will be more oriented to the fund accounting oversight, it might be asked to ensure operational tasks when required.
• You will be implicated in corporate governance and compliance overview.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Accounting – Investment funds – Tax – Manager

• You have at least 10 years of experience in fund accounting in Luxembourg, including experience in a managerial position.
• You are fluent in English; French is considered a strong asset, particularly for communicating with the authorities.
• To be efficient in your role, strong communication skills are essential for both client relationships and internal collaboration.
• You are motivated, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively.
