My client is a human-sized fiduciary active in corporate and financial services, supporting an international client base in the management and administration of their entities in Luxembourg and abroad. Established a few years ago, the company has chosen to grow in a controlled and sustainable way, prioritising quality of service and close relationships with its clients.

The Luxembourg office, composed of around ten professionals, offers a stable and structured environment where each team member plays a key role in the follow-up of the files. The organisation is built on a direct and pragmatic approach, encouraging autonomy, accountability and constant interaction with decision-makers.

In this context, the company is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Senior Corporate & Legal Associate, who will act as a key point of reference on corporate and legal matters, while gaining strong exposure to operations and strategic decisions.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Legal – Governance – Transactions - Lawyer

• You will be responsible for the legal follow-up and administration of a portfolio of companies, ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg laws and regulations.
• You will draft and review all necessary legal documentation, including resolutions, agreements, articles of association and other corporate documents.
• You will analyse legal and regulatory matters and provide clear and practical guidance to clients as well as local authorities.
• You will independently coordinate corporate operations and actively participate in their execution.
• You will act as a main point of contact for legal matters with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• You will oversee the quality of legal records, including KYC/AML aspects and internal procedures.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Legal – Governance – Transactions

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a corporate or legal role in Luxembourg, ideally gained within a fiduciary, PFS or law firm.
• You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and international environments.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. French or German would be considered a strong asset.
• You can work autonomously and feel comfortable in an environment where direct communication is encouraged.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and adopt a pragmatic and solution-driven approach.
