Senior Real Estate Lawyer – Leading Law Firm, High Level Clients
We are currently assisting a globally recognized law firm whose Luxembourg office has established itself as one of the leading legal practices on the local market. With over 100 lawyers based in Luxembourg and a presence spanning more than 40 countries worldwide, the firm combines the resources, expertise, and reputation of a top-tier international platform with the close collaboration and accessibility of a highly integrated local office.
The Luxembourg team advises a prestigious client base composed of investment funds, financial institutions, multinational corporations, private equity houses, institutional investors and more. Known for its technical excellence and involvement in complex cross-border matters, the firm offers lawyers the opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated transactions and projects currently taking place on the market.
As part of the continued development of its Real Estate practice, the firm is currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer with a strong interest in real estate development and urban planning matters. This position will allow you to work on high-profile projects while benefiting from direct interaction with experienced Partners, structured career development opportunities, and exposure to an international network of legal professionals.
Your Responsibilities | Real Estate Law – Legal – Law – Avocat – Lawyer
- Advise local and international clients on all aspects of Luxembourg real estate law, including acquisitions, disposals, developments and so on.
- Assist developers, institutional investors, investment funds, and corporate clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate and infrastructure projects.
- Provide legal advice on urban planning regulations, zoning matters, development permits, environmental constraints, and administrative procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documentation, including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, development contracts, and construction-related documentation.
- Conduct legal due diligence exercises and identify risks associated with acquisitions, developments, and restructuring projects.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the Corporate, Banking & Finance, Investment Funds, and Regulatory teams on multidisciplinary transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, public authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in complex development projects.
Profile and Career Path | Real Estate Law – Legal – Law – Avocat – Lawyer
- At least 4 years of experience in Real Estate Law within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- Strong technical knowledge of Luxembourg real estate legislation, administrative procedures, and development projects.
- Experience advising developers, institutional investors, investment funds, or public sector entities would be considered a strong advantage.
- Fluency in French and English is required. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while maintaining the highest standards of technical quality.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Motivated by technically challenging work and interested in developing a long-term career within a leading international law firm.
