We are currently supporting an international boutique law firm in Luxembourg in its search for a Senior Tax Associate to join its Tax team. The firm advises an international client base on tax matters related to investment funds and cross-border structures, working closely with financial institutions, asset managers and international groups. It has developed a solid reputation on the Luxembourg market through its involvement in complex and international files.

In Luxembourg, the Tax team remains intentionally small and specialized, allowing for a direct involvement of each lawyer in the matters handled. The team is composed of experienced profiles, working in close collaboration on a defined client portfolio.

The organization is built around a client-based approach rather than a task-based approach. Each lawyer follows specific clients over time, ensuring a 360° view on their structures and related tax considerations, rather than intervening on isolated aspects of transactions.

This way of working allows lawyers to develop a more strategic understanding of tax matters, while remaining closely involved in their files and in direct interaction with the team.

Your Responsibilities | Tax – Lawyer – Legal – Transactions

• You will advise clients on tax aspects related to investment transactions and corporate structuring.
• You will draft and review tax documentation and legal opinions, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
• You will be involved in the long-term follow-up of clients, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of their structures.
• You will work closely with other lawyers within the team, contributing to the handling of files in a coordinated manner.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Tax – Lawyer – Legal – Transactions

• You have at least 6 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, any other languages being considered as an asset and allowing you to communicate smoothly with both your colleagues and clients.
• You are looking to join a team where you can develop a long-term understanding of your clients and strengthen your expertise through continuous involvement in their matters.
• You are recognized for your rigour and reliability, allowing you to take ownership of your files and contribute with a high level of quality.

• An annual gross salary that can reach up to €130 000, depending on your experience and level of autonomy, allowing you to position yourself at a competitive level on the Luxembourg market. In addition, a significant bonus increasing your package.
