We are currently assisting a well-established European law firm in the recruitment of a Senior Tax Lawyer to support the continued expansion of its tax practice in Luxembourg. The firm has progressively developed a strong reputation on the market through its expertise in Tax, Corporate and Investment Funds, advising both local and international clients on sophisticated legal matters.

The Luxembourg office operates with a relatively small and close-knit team, allowing lawyers to work in direct collaboration with senior professionals while remaining involved in the technical and strategic aspects of the files. Despite being part of a wider international platform, the local environment remains accessible and collaborative, encouraging initiative, communication and long-term professional development.

Your Responsibilities | Tax – Advisory – Corporate – Investment Funds

• Advise local and international clients on a broad range of Luxembourg tax matters.
• Draft and review legal and tax documentation in relation to corporate and investment structures.
• Work closely with other departments and international offices on cross-border matters.
• Participate in the management of client relationships and contribute to maintaining a high standard of service.
• Support and guide junior lawyers and trainees as part of the team’s development.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Tax – Advisory – Corporate – Investment Funds

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• Strong technical knowledge allowing you to manage files with a good level of autonomy.
• Fluency in French and English is required; any additional language would be considered an asset.
• Interest in evolving within an international yet human-sized structure where collaboration and initiative are encouraged.
• Organised, proactive and capable of handling complex matters in a structured manner.

• Gross annual salary that can reach up to €130,000, depending on your experience and level of autonomy, complemented by a bonus.
