Our client is a well-established PSF active in Luxembourg for more than ten years, providing an integrated range of corporate, accounting, tax, compliance, fund administration and transfer agency services. The company now employs around 80 professionals, while its Transfer Agency department remains deliberately compact, with a team of approximately five people.

The firm primarily supports alternative investment structures, including Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt funds. You will therefore work on investor operations linked to sophisticated AIFs rather than on a highly standardised or volume-driven portfolio. The company’s integrated model also enables regular interaction with the Fund Administration, Compliance and Corporate teams.

To support the continued development of its activities, our client is looking for a Senior Transfer Agent with at least three to four years of relevant experience. You will take ownership of investor transactions and records while maintaining direct contact with clients, investors and internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agency – AIF – Investor Services

• Process and monitor subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares or units in accordance with fund documentation and internal procedures.
• Maintain and update investor and shareholder registers while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all recorded information.
• Manage capital calls, distributions and investor-related payments in coordination with fund managers, administrators and depositaries.
• Perform and follow up on investor onboarding and AML/KYC reviews, working closely with the Compliance department.
• Review investor documentation and ensure that all required information has been received before processing transactions.
• Respond directly to requests from investors, clients and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the Fund Administration, Corporate and Compliance teams on matters affecting the funds and their investors.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting and requests relating to investor data and fund activity.
• Monitor transaction deadlines and ensure that all operations are processed accurately and within the required timeframe.
• Contribute to the improvement and digitalisation of internal Transfer Agency processes.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agency – AIF – Investor Services

• You have at least three to four years of experience in Transfer Agency within a PSF, fiduciary, fund administrator or comparable environment in Luxembourg.
• You have gained exposure to alternative investment funds, ideally including Private Equity, Real Estate or Private Debt structures.
• You possess a good understanding of investor onboarding and AML/KYC requirements.
• You are fluent in English, which is essential for this international working environment.
• Knowledge of French or another European language will be considered an advantage.
• You are autonomous and organized and can manage several investor transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• You appreciate working within a smaller team where responsibilities are visible and communication with management is direct.

• A gross annual salary of up to €72,000, depending on your experience, technical knowledge and level of autonomy.
