The company currently manages more than 500 entities, including SPVs, Soparfis, Holdings, SCSp, and SARLs.

Your Responsibilities | Law – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary – Finance – In house

  • You will be managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring the full lifecycle of company administration.
  • You will be preparing, reviewing, and maintaining statutory records, including board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and other governance documentation.
  • You will be coordinating with notaries, external advisors, and local authorities for filings and compliance obligations.
  • You will be handling day-to-day corporate matters, including incorporations, liquidations, capital increases, and amendments.
  • You will be liaising directly with clients, providing timely and accurate support on corporate governance and administrative issues.
  • You will be contributing to internal projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency.
  • It will be asking you to assist in guiding and supporting junior team members when required.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary – Finance – In house

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Corporate Officer within a fiduciary, law firm, or financial services provider.
  • You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German would be considered a strong asset.
  • You are comfortable managing a wide variety of tasks, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
  • You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills, combined with motivation and curiosity.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal abilities, a client-oriented mindset, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
