We are currently supporting a PSF in Luxembourg active in the alternative investment space in its search for a Transfer Agency Officer. Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agency – Funds – AIF - PSF

• You will be involved in the follow-up of Alternative Investment Funds throughout their lifecycle, including investment monitoring and day-to-day portfolio oversight.
• You will support the execution and monitoring of transactions, such as subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and capital calls, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.
• You will participate in the preparation of AIFM Investment Committees, including the review of investment proposals and related documentation.
• You will ensure that investments remain compliant with the fund’s legal framework, while contributing to internal controls and compliance reviews.
• You will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external parties while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agency – Funds – AIF - PSF

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Transfer Agency Officer in a fund structure in  Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, any other language such as French or German is considered as an asset.
• • You have a first exposure to Alternative Investment Funds, allowing you to understand their structure and operations.
• You are looking for a position where you can develop your technical understanding of funds while gaining more involvement in portfolio.
