Our client is a leading international law firm with a long-standing global presence and a strong reputation in cross-border legal advisory. With decades of experience, the firm supports multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investment funds in complex and high-value matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The Luxembourg office, home to around twenty professionals, plays a key role within the firm’s European network. It offers a healthy environment that values precision, initiative, and a high standard of service. The business development team is well-integrated into the office’s structure and works closely with legal teams to support client engagement and strategic growth.

As part of ongoing development efforts and the expansion of its local business development function, the firm is currently seeking a Business Development Officer to join its Luxembourg office.

Your Responsibilities | Law – Finance – Business – Strategy – Business analyst

• You will be supporting the planning, implementation, and follow-up of business development strategies by practice area and industry sector.
• You will be asked to prepare pitch materials, proposals, and responses to RFPs in coordination with legal teams.
• Drafting and updating marketing content, including brochures, credentials, and client-focused publications, will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• You will collaborate with international offices on firmwide campaigns and BD initiatives.
• You will assist in the planning and execution of client events, conferences, and visibility actions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law – Finance – Business – Strategy – Business analyst

• To well understand your future environment, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in both French and English to ensure efficient communication with clients, colleagues and third parties.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to synthesize technical content is essential.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and other business development tools; CRM experience is an asset.
• You are versatile and comfortable working on multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
