Corporate Manager – High Reputation Network, Transparent Communication
This independent fiduciary group, with a strong European presence, has been active in Luxembourg for over a decade. The local office, made up of around forty professionals, plays a vital role in supporting international clients with the structuring and administration of their private and corporate entities.
In a context of team reinforcement and increasing regulatory requirements, the firm is now looking to hire a Corporate Manager with proven experience in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of client entities while supervising and mentoring junior corporate officers. The position offers a combination of autonomy, strategic involvement, and day-to-day operational challenges in a multicultural and stable environment.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate Administration – Governance – Client Contact – Leadership – Risk Management
- Manage a diverse portfolio of entities including SOPARFIs, SCSp, SPVs, and other investment structures
- Oversee the preparation and review of board and shareholder documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws
- Supervise and train junior team members, conduct reviews, and ensure work quality
- Monitor invoicing, cash collection, and profitability of your team’s activities
- Lead periodic entity reviews and ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are up to date
- Take part in the continuous improvement of internal procedures and corporate workflows.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Administration – Governance – Client Contact – Leadership – Risk Management
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in corporate administration or fiduciary services in Luxembourg
- Solid knowledge of local company law and regulatory requirements
- Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to coach, delegate, and follow up
- Full fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a reliable hands-on approach
- Comfortably working independently and capable of maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in reviewing legal and tax advice and applying it operationally is a strong asset.
