Corporate Manager – Human-Sized PSF, Team Spirit & Technical Exposure <br>

We are currently supporting a well-established PSF in Luxembourg in its search for a Corporate Manager. Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation by assisting an international client base with corporate governance, compliance, tax and accounting matters, mainly linked to sophisticated structures such as SOPARFI and securitization vehicles.

The Luxembourg office operates with a human-sized team of fewer than 30 professionals, creating an environment where communication remains direct, decision-making is efficient and employees are given real visibility on both the operational and strategic aspects of their files. This setup offers a more involved and hands-on approach compared to larger organizations, allowing each team member to actively contribute to the overall functioning of the business.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – CoSec – Fiduciary – Law – Legal

  • Oversee and coordinate a portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFI and securitization structures throughout their corporate lifecycle.
  • Organize board meetings, shareholders meetings and ensure the proper drafting and follow-up of legal documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of files.
  • Support and supervise team members in their daily work, helping maintain a consistent level of quality and organization.
  • Remain involved in technical corporate matters while progressively taking on broader managerial responsibilities.
  • Participate in the improvement of internal processes and contribute to the efficiency of the department.

Profile and Career Path | Finance – CoSec – Fiduciary – Law – Legal

  • Minimum 6 years of experience within a fiduciary, PSF or similar financial service provider in Luxembourg.
  • Previous experience supervising or coordinating team members.
  • Strong exposure to SOPARFI and securitization vehicles.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable balancing operational and managerial responsibilities.
