In this role, you will manage the accounting for multiple structures and follow up on a diverse portfolio of investments.

Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – International – Financial – Reporting - Family Office

• In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• You will handle the reconciliation of accounts related to the different structures under your supervision.
• You must ensure that all financial statements are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Our partner also expects you to carry out various VAT reconciliations.
• Maintaining strong communication with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and local authorities is essential to support good corporate governance.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all accounts and tax returns are filed on time, and that they meet the required standards of accuracy and compliance.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – International – Financial – Reporting - Family Office

• For this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant in Luxembourg, ideally within a Big Four, PFS or fiduciary.
• Our partner expects you to hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this position, both spoken and written.
• You should be autonomous and reliable in managing your work, with the ability to handle your portfolio accurately and independently.
• Previous experience with Private Equity structures is a strong asset and highly valued..
