We are delighted to assist our partner, a dynamic and contemporary PFS located in Windhof at the Belgian border, in its search for a (Senior) Corporate Officer. The PFS caters mainly to Private Equity and Real Estate clients, as well as SOPARFI.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Fiduciary - Legal

• You are in charge of the legal and corporate requirements for your clients (Soparfi, investment funds) from the incorporation of the company to the liquidation.
• You prepare legal documentation, resolutions and Board minutes.
• You are responsible for the preparation of Board meetings and shareholder meetings.
• You liaise with your clients and third parties (notaries, lawyers, banks) as well as the Luxembourgish Administrations.
• Depending on your seniority, you will assist junior corporate officers in case they have any questions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – Fiduciary - Legal

• You have 2 to 7 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a PFS, Fiduciary or Asset Management Company in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, French will be a plus.
• You ideally obtained a Bachelor degree in Law, Economics or Finance. If you do not have this type of degree though, your level of experience or other trainings could certainly compensate it.
• You want to join a PFS in which you can grow and learn on a long-term basis and will feel valued by the management.

• This PFS is located near the Belgian border, more particularly in Steinfort, which is especially interesting for Belgian cross-border workers. Of course, as a French cross-border worker or Luxembourgish resident, this location also allows you to avoid a lot of traffic jams. You can also count on a free parking spot.
• Very attractive gross salary up to € 75.000 per year, completed by numerous advantages such as an annual bonus, meal vouchers and insurance.
