(Senior) Corporate Officer – Strong Evolution, Medium Sized PFS

We are currently looking for a (Senior) Corporate Officer to join a dynamic PFS with more than 10 years of existenceof over 60 professionals, ideally located for easy access by public transportation. Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciaire – Fiduciary – PSF - PFS

  • Your portfolio will be composed of financial companies (SPV, Holdings, Securitization vehicles…) for which you handle the day-to-day corporate-legal administration, from the incorporation to the liquidation/dissolution.
  • You are in charge of the corporate and legal follow-up of your clients which includes preparing and organizing board and shareholder meetings and drafting the minutes and resolutions, opening bank accounts, the approval of annual accounts and more.
  • You are the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.

  • 2 years or more as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, investment company) in Luxembourg is required.
  • Your strong language skills in English allow you to maintain fluent contact with your clients. French is an additional plus.
  • You have a personality that is quite open which will make it easier for you to adapt to a new team and to be welcomed by your colleagues.
  • You have developed a good level of autonomy in your role, from the constitution to the liquidation.
  • You are agile, meaning that you can adapt to a human-sized and dynamic structure that is working on its processes and procedures to make sure that the organization becomes better day after day.
  • Having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law is a strong asset, but not a must.

  • In line with your years of experience but more particularly the autonomy you have acquired, your gross salary can go up to 85.000. In addition to this, you will also have meal vouchers, a pension plan, health insurance and an annual bonus.
