A PFS located in Luxembourg city contacted us to help them find a Fund Accountant for their Fund Accounting team. This company has been based in Luxembourg for more than 20 years now, and collaborates only with financial companies such as Soparfi, holding, and of course, investment funds. These clients come from all over the world which creates an international and multicultural environment in the offices.
These last years, the company has known a real growth, and the team is now composed of more than 25 people. This PFS is also related to other companies which are mostly focused on corporate and trust services, and they have offices in other countries in Europe.
Furthermore, the human aspect is really important for the people who work in this company. Because of this aspect, the accountants have good relationships between them, and spend time together even after work to have a drink or to have dinner together.
Your Responsibilities | PFS – Finance – Accountant – Luxembourg
You are responsible for a client portfolio composed of diverse investment funds.
You prepare and calculate the net asset value for the funds in your portfolio.
You work with Lux GAAP and IFRS regulations.
You prepare the work and you also review it to help the Junior Accountants for example.
You prepare reportings for your clients and the annual account for the clients in your portfolio.
You are in contact with your clients and you regularly answer their questions.
Profile and Career Path | PFS – Finance – Accountant – Luxembourg
You have been working in a PFS or an AIFM as a Fund Accountant for at least 3 years in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English. Your colleagues will be from France or Belgium for the main part.
You have a good knowledge in the management of regulated and alternative funds.
You are at ease to work in a team, and it is not a problem for you to be integrated in a group because of your radiant personality.
You have a degree in Finance, in Accounting, or in Tax.
You are able to adapt yourself to several situations, and this quality makes you able to manage stressful situations and to find solutions for yourself or your colleagues.
Offer | PFS – Finance – Accountant – Luxembourg
Your salary will go up to 5 000€ gross per month, and you will receive a 13thmonth of salary in addition to that. In addition to this salary, you will also receive a bonus at the end of the year, meal vouchers, and a pension plan to save money for your future.
This PFS is directed by a person who has human values and who puts the well-being of his employees as a priority. As a result, you will receive chocolate for Easter, or participate to events for Christmas with your colleagues.
