The fiduciary is a family-oriented structure of 30 people and also a multicultural environment composed of Luxembourgish, Hungarian, Peruvian, French, Belgian and German team members, as well as many other nationalities. The fiduciary’s main clients are Soparfi/Holding companies, which is the type of portfolio you will get to handle here.
Today, the fiduciary is seeking a Manager Accounting who will be in charge of an interesting portfolio of financial companies. You will manage a team of 5 people, and get to develop your team to reach your targets together! If you want to evolve in a multicultural team with people who will support you in your work and to develop your skills, the fiduciary is made for you.
Finally, you will benefit from good trainings allowing you to develop your skills and increase your efficiency for your team. Even if your main task will be to manage your team members, you will still have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio, and to be in contact regularly with your clients.
Your Responsibilities | Accounting Manager - Fiduciary
You will be in charge of coaching and supervising a team of 5 people. You will assist Junior and Senior Accountants by reviewing their tasks and helping them to develop their skills.
You will be in charge of contacting lawyers, tax advisors, auditors and other external parties to ensure a good relationship between your team and external departments.
As a Manager Accounting, you will manage your own portfolio of Soparfi/Holdingcompanies from A to Z, and help your team when they need your help.
You will have an important role in this fiduciary because you will also be involved in the ongoing recruitment of new team members and, as a result, help to create a strong team.
Profile and Career Path | Accounting Manager - Fiduciary
You have minimum 4 years of experience in a fiduciary in Luxembourg, as an Assistant Manager Accounting or you are ideally already Manager Accounting.
You already had the opportunity to manage a human-sized team and to manage a portfolio of Soparfi/Holding companies.
In addition to English, German will be required for this position. Indeed, your main clients will be German and English speaking clients, which is why it is important to have good knowledge of both languages.
You would like to evolve in a multicultural environment, and to integrate a fiduciary in the long-term.

You will benefit from a salary up to € 85.000 gross per year. In addition to your attractive salary, you will have : meal vouchers of € 10.80, additional holidays and an important bonus.

As Manager Accounting, you will have the opportunity to be in charge of recruitment processes and other important internal processes.
