For an ambitious privately owned PFS that we have assisted in several successful recruitments, we are currently seeking an accountant specialized in securitization. As the company has a desk that manages these vehicles, you are sure to be surrounded by highly skilled and experienced colleagues.
The company has great plans for growth for the next 10 years and is already seeking its future managers and directors. If you want to evolve in the long term, this PFS can offer you a tailor made career plan (taking into account your own objectives and plans of course) as well as many trainings if you feel the need or simply want to develop your skills.
You will join the accounting department of the firm and work together with junior and senior officers, as well as (senior) managers. In total, the company regroups 70 people but these of course also comprise corporate officers, tax advisors and so on. The communication and coordination between the teams is smooth and efficient, so you will never be frustrated at this level.
Your Responsibilities | Securitization Accountant – Accounting – PFS - PSF
You are in charge of the day-to-day bookkeeping of Securitization Vehicles and, depending on your previous experience and profile, Holding Companies.
You prepare and review the financial statements (LuxGAAP) taking into account the legal deadlines, and also liaise with third parties.
You are responsible for quarterly bank reportings (waterfalls, consolidated cash flows, covenants…).
You report to the Manager and Senior Manager and will be able to achieve this type of position in time as well in the PFS.
Profile and Career Path | Securitization Accountant – Accounting – PFS - PSF
You have 5 years of experience or more as an accountant with experience in securitization, in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg.
You have a good level of both French and English, verbally and in writing.
You ideally have had the opportunity to review junior accountants although this is not a must.
You are motivated to acquire new skills on securitization files that may be a bit more complex than in most structures, but for which you will have help and assistance you’re your managers.
