We have the pleasure to assist this growing and dynamic PSF, at walking distance from the Luxembourg Train Station, in its search for a Senior Accountant. As part of a stable international group, they have the means to offer real career opportunities for their employees as they are in constant expansion.
With around 100 team members in Luxembourg, they have been able to reach quite an impressive size and are currently looking to strengthen the team as they have welcomed new clients. Their client base is implanted internationally (mainly in Europe and the USA) and are composed of Soparfi/Holdings and Special purpose vehicles.
Though they have this impressive size, all of their teams are made up of 7 people, and close collaboration within the teams is important so you will never feel like a number or alone in your work. To ensure that all members feel valued, the PSF has put in place several initiatives such as team buildings, offering gifts once in a while, a fitness membership but especially by allowing everyone to evolve to positions such as Assistant Manager, Manager, Head Of and more.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Accounting - PSF
You prepare the tax and VAT returns as well as the annual accountant taking into account the applicable deadlines.
You report to the Assistant Manager, a position you will also be able to achieve in the mid term, and work closely with him and the other managers.
You are in direct contact with your international clients coming from all over the world, but mainly the USA and Europe.
Depending on your experience, you will be involved in assisting junior accountants and reviewing their work.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Accounting - PSF
Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant in a PSF, Fiduciary or Big Four in Luxembourg has allowed you to achieve a good level of autonomy.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and sufficient, for this position as you will join a multicultural team with people coming from all over the world.
You are looking to join a meritocratic PSF with a modern outlook on the accounting function and domain in general, which is why they have invested in digitalization and efficient software.
Having obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, as well as specific certificates such as the Cycle A or B will be a strong asset, showing your willingness to learn.

You can count on an attractive salary package up to € 65.000 gross per year (depending on your prior experience), fitness membership, bonus and meal vouchers.

You will have the chance to start your day between 7 AM and 9 AM in order to organize your day as best as possible, and work from home as long as you respect applicable legislation.
