Our partner is a boutique PFS, highly specialized in servicing investment funds and other varied clients, composed of 30 employees. For the past decade, the structure has been able to build a great reputation for itself in Luxembourg and it is in the context of its growth that we are currently looking for a Senior Fund Accountant.
We are looking for an experienced person, that will be able to integrate a stable team of professionals. The company is not the right one if you are looking for a strong career evolution as Manager in the short term, but it can provide you with an excellent work-life balance (overtime is almost non-existent), and many extra advantages. You will be working in a nice and luminous office, ideally located close to bus stops as well as a P+R, and you will also be able to enjoy working from home as the company allows employees to work from home one day per week.
The company assists financial companies (investment funds, SOPARFIs/Holdings) and has an excellent reputation on the market. Although they will certainly have a strong yet organic growth in the next few years, they will always keep their personalized service for each client as this is key for them. Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Accountant – PFS – Funds – Accounting
You take on all fund accounting matters for a portfolio consisting of Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
You will be the main point of contact with your clients of course, but also with third parties such as auditors and banks.
You are responsible for BCL and CSSF reportings and take on the communications with the CSSF as well.
You review and prepare tax and VAT returns as well as subscription tax.

For at least 4 years, you have been working as a Fund Accountant in a service provider, either a PFS or Fiduciary in Luxembourg.
You are autonomous in handling your portfolio and have acquired experience with Private Equity and Real estate funds.
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in French and English, as you will integrate a primarily French-speaking environment but deal with international clients.
Friends and family would describe you as an open and communicative person who works well with others and has a good team spirit overall.

Attractive benefits such as meal vouchers (€10,80) a bonus and a parking spot will complete your gross salary that can go up to € 85.000 per year (this will depend on your experience and skill set of course).
