We are glad to closely support our prestigious partner, a PFS with a tight-knit team based in Neudorf in Luxembourg. The PFS is composed of 5 people who collaborate on the same client portfolio, which allows them to benefit from support on different tasks.
Today, the PFS collaborates with various clients such as regulated funds, unregulated funds and SOPARFIs/Holdings. Our partner is interested in developing their client base, and continuing to offer high-quality services and maintaining a very good relationship with them.

You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of international clients, which will allow you to develop your technical level continuously.
Your Responsibilities | PFS – Finance – Luxembourg
You will be involved in CSSF reportings and managing your own portfolio from A to Z in offering a high quality service to your international clients.
You will be responsible for reviewing the NAV calculations of less experienced accountants and supporting them in their development.
As the PFS is still quite small, you will be in charge of supporting your colleagues when they need help. Of course, your colleagues would be happy to help you when you have important deadlines to respect.
Finally, you will be responsible for offering internal trainings or advice to your junior colleagues to help improve their technical level and keep an eye on their strengths and weaknesses.
Profile and Career Path | PFS – Accounting – Luxembourg
You have at least 4 years of experience in fund accounting in an AIFM or a PFS in Luxembourg.
You speak English fluently. Any other language will represent an advantage.
You like to work in a human-sized company and to be versatile in your function.
During your career, you have had the opportunity to work with Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
If you have a higher degree in finance or if you have followed trainings in this field, it will be a plus for the PFS.
You like to work in a team and to come to the office. Indeed, this organization allows you to work closely with your colleagues and to stay reactive with your clients.
If you have knowledge in IFRS, this will be an advantage.
Offer | PFS – Accountancy – Luxembourg
Your salary can go up to € 80 000 gross per year. This company wants to reward you for your efforts and investment in the company with a good salary. This salary will obviously depend on your experience in this field.
You will also benefit from a complete salary package, composed of meal vouchers(€10.80 per day), and two bonuses at Christmas and during summer.
